The fitting looked like it had been rushed. It was a bit messy and I ended up having to get someone else to check it after. Just wasnt what I expected.

i’m frustrated. I booked a morning slot, but they didn’t show up until hours later, and I barely got any proper updates while I was waiting. Ended up wasting most of my day hanging around, so I’m not happy with the experience.

I booked with tyresonthedrive.com and found the communication really disappointing. I was given a time slot, but after that there was barely any update, so I ended up just sitting around feeling stressed and unsure whether anyone was actually going to show up.
When I tried to chase it, the replies were vague and didn’t really answer anything, which just made it more frustrating. The fitter did eventually arrive, but it was late and by then I’d wasted half my day. I wouldn’t use them again.

I booked the mobile fitting thinking it would be a simple way to save time, but it ended up being more hassle than just going somewhere myself. The time slot was so vague that I basically had to hang around the house for most of the day, and of course the policy seems to give them plenty of wiggle room while you’re the one stuck waiting.
When they finally showed up, the whole thing felt rushed and not especially convenient. It might work if you’ve got a whole day free to sit at home, but for me it completely defeated the purpose. Feels like one of those services that sounds flexible until you notice all the little loopholes are in their favor.

"avoid"
Incompetent, three failed appointments to fit 4 tires on my car. On all occasions they arrived with the incorrect tires and a mix of run flats and standard tires.
They have not got a clue what they are doing. Avoid this company at all costs. Save yourself the stress go else where.

The fitting took ages. I was told it wouldn’t be too long, so I’d kind of planned the rest of my day around that, but yeah… that didn’t happen. Maybe they were busy or something was more complicated than expected, I don’t know, but it felt way slower than what they’d said.

"Felt like a bait and switch once I needed help"
I had new tyres fitted and not long after, one of them started losing pressure. I thought getting it sorted under warranty would be straightforward, but it turned into a complete hassle. I kept being passed from one person to another, told to wait, and never got a proper answer. It felt a bit like a bait and switch, helpful enough when taking my money, then nowhere to be seen when there was a problem. The aftercare was really poor and I wouldn’t use them again.

My alloy wheel came back scratched nobody seemed bothered about it at all. Frustrating experience.

In the end, I just felt like I couldn’t count on them to stick to the appointment. I booked twice, and both times they rescheduled on me with barely any notice. Frustrating when you’ve already planned around it.

"Ended up costing more than it was worth"
I booked this thinking it would be a decent deal, but by the time everything was added up it came out quite a bit more expensive than just going to a local garage. The tyres weren’t anything special either, so paying extra for the driveway fitting didn’t really feel worth it. When I questioned the price, it felt like they just made it my problem rather than being helpful. Not something I’d use again

"Am I missing something with the booking process?"
I tried booking tyres through the site, but it kept sending me back to the previous step for some reason. Am I missing something, or is the process just a bit clunky? It ended up taking way longer than it should have, so I gave up and booked somewhere else in the end

"Really poor attitude from the fitter"
I had my tyres booked in the fitter’s attitude wasn’t great from the moment I arrived... He barely said a word, made me feel like I was getting in the way, and didn’t bother explaining anything. The area was left a bit messy too, which didn’t help. The tyres themselves might be fine, but the service just felt really unprofessional... I wouldn’t go back.
